ABOUT ME
I was born and raised on a small farm outside of Colfax, Washington. My family’s farm was my first and main job for the past several years. For the past three years, I have been studying bioengineering with the intent to pursue a career in rural family medicine. I have been involved in several clubs and organizations, including the biomedical engineering society, the Catholic Newman Association, Student Alumni Ambassadors, the Cougar Health Awareness Team, Tau Beta Pi, and Dormitory Government.
I have also spent some time doing research in a microbiology lab on campus. I actually had my own project to work on: namely modeling an infected skin would in an in vitro system.

My end goal is to become a rural family physician and serve a rural community.
